But I didn't like the Blogger templates, and I wanted to have ONE site that could be both my blog and my website. So I spoke to a local web designer, and he recommended WordPress. WP lets you create web pages as well as blog posts. And that's what I wanted. And when he told me he could create my website for only $55, I accepted! I had been paying $14 a month to Yahoo, and I hated most of their templates. I downloaded their Site Builder program and tried to design my website myself, but I'm not an artist. So WP was the right choice for me. I recommend it. You can use the free version and look for templates, which are called themes. Ruth M.
